YOUR JOB
Join our two-person office team in Graz and assist with administrative office tasks and central digital purchasing processes gaining your first professional experience in a professional environment.
Your jobs key responsibilities are:
Supporting the processing of central digital procurement processes for our locations in Austria Germany Serbia and Switzerland
Performing digital incoming invoice control for all locations
Maintaining and updating supplier and master data in our ERP system
Assisting in ensuring smooth procurement and shipping processes
Providing administrative and organizational support in the office
Job requirements
YOUR SKILLS
Ongoing commercial/business education
Precise and reliable working style
Affinity for numbers and IT
Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel); BMD NTCS knowledge is a nice-to-have
Careful and independent working style with a strong service orientation
Good communication skills in German (C1) and English (B2)
