Job Summary

Your role

As a Service Desk Agent you will be supporting end users and act as an escalation point for other service agents around the world so its a great opportunity to get to know the whole company in a short amount of time.

You are part of the Asian support team. This is a full time regular position based out of our Philippines office.

Your profile

You have relevant experience as a Senior Service Desk Agent (L3 expertise and engineering mindset).

You are flexible to work a late shift ideally between 2PM and 10PM contributing to the smooth support of our global HQ operations.

You have a sound knowledge of:

o Expertise in Windows 11 administration within enterprise environments.

o Proficiency with the Microsoft 365 suite: Outlook/Exchange Word Excel OneDrive Teams SharePoint and other latest Microsoft 365 apps.

o Experience in supporting various Windows applications.

o Teams (including telephony) / Phone System support.

o Sharepoint Online support (permissions libraries site access sync issues).

o Experience with Windows Autopilot and Microsoft Intune for deployment and automation.

o User and device administration in Active Directory Azure/Entra Active Directory ticket handling.

o Solid understanding of TCP/IP DNS DHCP and network fundamentals including VLANs ability to analyze network issues and experience with VPN technologies like GlobalProtect.

o Familiarity with enterprise networking platforms (Palo Alto and Meraki) and structured cabling basics and physical device installation is an added value.

You are familiar with Cybersecurity Fundamentals (basic knowledge & best practices) including awareness of phishing social engineering and email security threats and the ability to guide users on safe practices.

You are familiar with Windows servers Azure/Entra Virtual Desktops and other cloud computing tasks.

You have strong experience in supporting office hardware and peripherals such as multifunction printers (MFPs) docking stations monitors and conference room systems.

You are familiar with ServiceDesk Operations & ITIL/Processes including Incident & Service Request Asset Management Change CMDB Problem and Solutions.

You are communicative and able to build good internal and external relationships.

You feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are able to set priorities.

You are hands-on eager to learn and have a positive attitude.

You are punctual and can work in a structured way.

You are fluent in English knowledge of Spanish is a plus.

You are flexible and capable of collaborating effectively across multiple time zones beyond traditional working hours.
