Community Physician Network is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our outpatient practice on East Stop 11 Road on the south side of Indianapolis IN
- Outpatient only
Shared call schedule
- EPIC EMR
- Full onsite lab services
- Large group of specialists based nearby on south side and at Community Hospital South
Licensure & Certifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
Desired Requirements
- Excellent communication skills fostering collaboration with all members of care team
- Develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians
