We are seeking dedicated and collaborative Hospitaliststo join our team at a Level I Trauma Centerwith strong in-house specialty support and a closed ICU model. Opportunities are available for both Day Hospitalistsand Nocturnists offering flexible schedules manageable patient volumes and innovative tools to enhance clinical efficiency.
Position Highlights
Schedule:Flexible block scheduling (e.g. 7 on / 7 off 5 on / 5 off)
Annual Shifts:184 shifts per year including a minimum of 2 weekends per month
Hours:8:00 AM 6:00 PM (unless on call)
Call Schedule:Approximately 5 calls per month
-Call shifts: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM 7:00 PM (while rounding)Patient Census:
-Starting census of 1415 patients - Average of 12 admissions during daytime round-robin (until 3:00 PM)Support:
-Dedicated APP support for unit-based rounding (MondayFriday)
Clinical Environment
Closed ICU model and Codes run by the ICU team
Level I Trauma Center with full in-house specialty support
Clearly defined service line agreements with specialists
No required procedures
Optional non-procedural POCUS training (CME-supported)
Technology & Efficiency
Utilize advanced AI-powered tools such as Regardand DAX Copilotto streamline documentation and improve workflow efficiencyallowing you to focus more on patient care.
