We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician to:
- Be an exceptional teammate take the initiative to jump in and help without being asked.
- Provide expertise in a variety of pharmacy technician duties work both in inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Have a high level of accountability to the work. You must be self motivated and driven to complete the work in a timely manner to achieve our goals of high quality patient care.
The ideal candidate will have prior hospital experience. Certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent Required
- Completion of an accredited pharmacy technician training program Preferred
Work Experience
- 6 months experience as a pharmacy technician or completion of a Pharmacy Technician Training Program Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Wisconsin Pharmacy Technician Registration Upon Hire Required
- Must have valid drivers license and must have a driving record that allows for the Health System insurance carrier to cover the incumbent. Upon Hire Required
- Certified Pharmacy Technician Preferred

UW Health Rehabilitation Hospital on Madisons east side - provides post-acute inpatient rehabilitation care in a free-standing rehab hospital. The 50-bed hospital offers short-term inpatient rehabilitation services and education for people recovering from an injury or an illness and will specialize in helping patients regain their ability to perform daily tasks regain cognitive processes and physical function restore basic life skills and facilitate psychosocial adjustment and return to the community.
