- Support new store openings remodels and ongoing brand development
- 2 years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR or Fast Casual preferred)
- Strong ability to coach motivate and hold teams accountable
- Proven track record of improving operations and achieving sales goals
- Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills
- A hands-on people-first management style
- Ability to travel between Houston-area stores regularly
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
