JOB PURPOSE:

This internship is designed to improve the candidates knowledge and understanding of Property & Casualty Insurancecoverages.TheBusiness InsuranceIntern will interact with and gain exposure to variousdepartments including Account Management Claims and specialized teams.Projects and tasks will vary based on capacity with the core tasks focused onworking with and supporting Grahams Operations and Shared Services functions.

JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate closely withthe Business InsuranceOperationsteam ona variety of day-to-day shared service functions in support of Business Insurance clients.

Support Account Management teamswithvarious special projects.

Observe and engage with teams in Cyber Captives Claims and otherspecialtyandadvisory practices.

Develop knowledge of Grahams approach to risk management including Property & Casualty insurance and consulting services.

Assist the Technical Development Department with assigned projects.

Take part in professional development and educational sessions withGraham and Marsh & McLennan Agencys intern cohort.

Attend meetingsrelated to your position.

JOBSPECIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate will be a Junior or SeniorstudyingRisk Management and Insurance Program with a focus on Property & Casualty.

Mustpossessa high levelof motivation and excellent attention to detail.

A high school diploma.

Highproficiencyin MS Office Suite.

Ability to use discretion andmaintainconfidentiality.

Above average spelling and grammar skills.

Ability to work in a team environment.

High levelof organizational ability and ability to multi-task.

Ability to be proactive and work independently.

Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Detail-oriented with good analytical skills.

Professional demeanor.

Proficient inGraham standard computer applications.

Regular and predictable attendancein accordance with the limitations and reporting procedures established by The Graham Company from time to time.

The applicable hourly rate for this role is $25.
