Lead a crossfunctional team delivering datadriven solutions and workflow automation for Private Bank frontoffice client service teams. Partner with business leaders to set the roadmap quantify benefits and drive adoption while ensuring strong controls compliance and measurable outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish and track business KPIs (e.g. efficiency gains cycletime reductions error rates client service quality) and manage benefits realization.
  • Own the product/solution roadmap: define vision OKRs aligned to business priorities.
  • Design develop and maintain scalable data and application solutions using Python and modern data engineering practices.
  • Build and integrate analytics components and rulesbased decision support to enhance insights and efficiency.
  • Architect and implement automated workflows and orchestration to streamline frontoffice operations.
  • Perform advanced statistical analysis and data visualization on large datasets to identify trends that improve business performance.
  • Communicate technical concepts findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership clearly and concisely.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement operational excellence and disciplined agile execution.

Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills

  • 3 years of experience with analytics platforms workflow automation frameworks and data engineering tools.
  • At least 3 years of experience with Python and Databricks (or similar)
  • Experience building measures and metrics and developing reporting dashboards for business and operational KPIs.
  • Handson experience designing and implementing automated workflows and orchestration across data and application layers.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management and the ability to lead crossfunctional teams.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to communicate ideas and results to stakeholders and leadership clearly and concisely.
