Whatyoulldo:

  • Support senior lawyers across all aspects of regulatory matters

  • Supportingsenior lawyerstomanageactual and threatened litigation and other contentious matters

  • Assistingwith the reviewlegalanalysisandpreparation oflegal advice for internalclientswhilstworking closely with risk and compliance teams

  • Provide focused pragmatic solutions to address legal risk and complex business problems

Whatwerelooking for:

  • A minimum of 3 years relevant legalexperiencefroma law firm

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationshipswithbusinesspartnersOGC&Secretariatcolleaguesandexternal counsel

  • Strong communicationskills and high attention to detail including the ability to draft clear and precise legal communications

  • Excellentorganisationalskills with the ability toprioritiseand manage competing deadlines

  • Enthusiasm to work across a diverse range of legal matters in a fastpaced environment
