- Travel & Network: You will be our boots-on-the ground at industry trade shows and conferences. Your goal Shake hands make friends and represent PEC with confidence and style.
- Chase the Opportunity: Youll follow up on leads that come in from our marketing campaigns ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks.
- Open Doors: Youll identify prospective partners and set up the initial introductions for our Business Development Director.
- Intel Gathering: You will be our investigator digging into competitor data finding the right decision-makers at target companies and spotting trends before anyone else.
- Campaign Execution: Youll work with our Marketing Director to bring our digital strategy to life helping draft social posts and engaging with our online community.
- Build the Foundation: You will take ownership of the full lifecycle for a new offering with support from our Director of Business Development and Director of Marketing. This isnt just about following a script; youll help design the business model and direct-to-consumer strategy to turn our vision into a thriving virtual school.
- Launch & Scale: Youll lead the charge in establishing our digital footprint identifying the best channels to reach students and parents for our live synchronous offerings.
- Drive the Future: Youll leverage PECs 25 years of institutional knowledge to bridge the gap between traditional learning and a new interactive virtual experience creating a sustainable revenue stream and a brand that stands on its own.
- Bachelors degree in Business Communications Marketing or a related field.
- Willingness to travel (approx. 10-20%) for events.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- This is an ideal role for a high-achieving professional with 1-3 years of experience looking to take the lead on growth strategies.
- Tech-savvy (Proficiency with Microsoft Office Act! CRM and modern communication platforms is required. Familiarity with social media dashboards creative design software or project management tools is a strong plus).
- You have Executive Presence: You are articulate professional and comfortable holding a conversation with a CEO or a Director. You can write a clean persuasive email and speak with clarity.
- You are self-driven but focused: You have a nose for opportunity and the hustle to chase it. You are comfortable working autonomously to find leads while ensuring your efforts always support the broader company goals defined by leadership.
- You are a researcher at heart: You know how to use LinkedIn Google and social tools to find answers. You know how to dig deep into companies industries and emerging trends to uncover the competitive intelligence that gives us an edge.
