En el Perú PMA ejecuta diversos proyectos y actividades para avanzar en la lucha contra la inseguridad alimentaria y nutricional lo que exige contar con el mejor talento en las áreas estratégicas que requiere la oficina de país. En este marco se requiere la contratación de una Asociada Senior de Recursos Humanos quien desempeñará un rol clave en la gestión integral del área brindando liderazgo técnico y apoyo especializado para fortalecer los procesos de selección desarrollo y el bienestar del personal.

OBJETIVO PRINCIPAL:

Coordinar y brindar toda una serie de servicios de apoyo en el ámbito de los recursos humanos con el fin de garantizar la aplicación precisa de las políticas y procedimientos del PMA y facilitar el funcionamiento eficaz de unos servicios de recursos humanos estratégicos y centrados en el cliente.

RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Coordinar y proporcionar toda una serie de actividades de asistencia en la esfera de la gestión de los recursos humanos y encargarse de las medidas de seguimiento correspondientes de la solución de problemas y de las situaciones imprevistas para garantizar la coherencia y calidad de los servicios de recursos humanos que se prestan a los clientes.
  • Coordinar y apoyar en la gestión del trabajo de otros miembros del personal de recursos humanos y respaldar su aprendizaje y desarrollo profesional para velar por que el personal esté al corriente de los sistemas y procedimientos de recursos humanos necesarios para desempeñar sus funciones y por consiguiente en condiciones de contribuir a la prestación de servicios de recursos humanos eficaces.
  • Supervisar controlar y adaptar regularmente los procedimientos de recursos humanos existentes y colaborar con una amplia gama de partes interesadas en toda la organización para determinar analizar y satisfacer las necesidades de apoyo en materia de recursos humanos.
  • Analizar y responder a una variedad de consultas internas y externas complejas para garantizar que los clientes estén bien informados y que las actividades del equipo de recursos humanos se ajusten a los objetivos generales del PMA.
  • Analizar e interpretar una gran variedad de datos acerca de la contratación y selección de personal las condiciones contractuales los derechos los requisitos de desempeño y formación la fuerza de trabajo etc. y proporcionar asesoramiento y formular recomendaciones para los directivos además de facilitarles análisis e informes exhaustivos para que puedan tomar decisiones informadas.
  • Respaldar y proporcionar una serie de servicios de recursos humanos asignados por el a las actividades realizadas en las esferas de actividad asignadas por el oficial de categoría profesional de conformidad con las políticas procedimientos y procesos pertinentes.
  • Supervisar y respaldar la realización de las actividades de acogida a los nuevos funcionarios que se incorporan al PMA para garantizar que se apliquen los procesos pertinentes y se expliquen y comprendan las condiciones de servicio.
  • Revisar y/o preparar una amplia variedad de documentos complejos de recursos humanos para garantizar la exactitud y respetar los plazos establecidos.
  • Encargarse del seguimiento de los sistemas de gestión de recursos humanos para garantizar la exactitud de los datos y el cumplimiento de los plazos establecidos.
  • Supervisar el mantenimiento de expedientes confidenciales y de bases de datos y archivos de recursos humanos para garantizar que los datos y los ficheros se conserven cuidadosamente y se actualicen de conformidad con las normas establecidas.
  • Ocuparse de seguir el despliegue del personal y gestionar las medidas administrativas conexas incluida la preparación de informes exhaustivos para apoyar un servicio de recursos humanos eficiente que permita al PMA responder rápidamente a una crisis.
  • Otras actividades requeridas por la Directora de País.
