Jefferson Healthcare in Port Townsend WA is currently looking for a per diem Oncology RN Navigator to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will possess specialty-specific clinical knowledge and have a passion for providing individualized assistance to patients families and this pivotal role you will help patients navigate healthcare system barriers ensuring a seamless care experience from referral to specialty care and beyond including survivorship and end-of-life care.
As an RN Navigator you will utilize your advanced clinical skills and expertise to coordinate patient care along the specialty continuum. You will employ critical thinking and decision-making abilities to guide specialty care teams addressing the complex needs of patients throughout their healthcare journey.

What youll need:
- Current Washington state RN license in good standing
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in Oncology Nursing preferred
- Oncology Navigation experience preferred
- ONS Certification required
- BLS Certification required
- ACLS Certification may be required
Schedule: Per Diem; 0-16 hours/week; Day Shift
