Job Details

Key Responsibilities

Develop own and continuously refine the M&A Technology Integration Playbook codifying best practices governance and processes for GDATS Due Diligence.
Lead the MA&D Due diligence activity ensuring alignment with enterprise digital data and cybersecurity objectives.
Drive due diligence on technology digital assets and infrastructure with supported vendors where applicable to identify risks opportunities and synergy potential.
Manage vendor contracts for IT MA&D activity to optimize scalability and cost efficiency.
Establish Due Diligence KPIs monitor progress and report outcomes to GDATS leadership and executive stakeholders.
Lead mentor and inspire a team of technology MA&D subject matter experts.

Qualifications

12 years of progressive leadership experience in technology integration enterprise IT or digital transformation.
Demonstrated success leading large-scale M&A technology integrations across multiple geographies.
Deep knowledge of enterprise platforms (ERP CRM HRIS Data Lakes Cloud Cybersecurity).
Exceptional ability to influence and collaborate across senior leadership levels.
Proven experience in building integration playbooks frameworks or repeatable methodologies.
Bachelors degree & MBA or advanced degree required.
