Job Summary
The Center for Stress Resilience and Personal Growth (CSRPG) at the Icahn School of Medicine Mount Sinai is recruiting a Full-Time Psychiatrist.
We are seeking a skilled psychiatrist to join our team of dedicated professionals who treat employees and their dependents across Mount Sinai Health System.
Responsibilities
Our interdisciplinary team of psychologists psychiatrists and social workers are committed to caring for healthcare workers. We offer evidence based mental health treatment using a variety of modalities including cognitive behavioral and dialectic behavioral therapy and medication management. Responsibilities of the position include medication management and individual psychotherapy diagnostic evaluations participation in didactics case conferences and program development initiatives. This position is fully outpatient.
Qualifications
- Board certified or board eligible Psychiatrist
- Possess NYS license to practice medicine
- Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills required
- Must possess highly collaborative and proactive approach and demonstrate commitment to high-quality cost-effective health care
- A strong work ethic and desire to participate in and grow a team-oriented performance-driven department
Compensation range from 240K to 265K (not including bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits)

Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors including experience specialties historical productivity historical collections and hospital/community need. As such an actual salary may fall closer to one or the other end of the range and in certain circumstances may wind up being outside of the listed salary range. The salary range listed is for full-time employment and does not include bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits.
