Summary
We are seeking a qualified WC Case Manager to join our team. As a Case Manager you will be responsible for managing the law firms day-to-day operations including carrying out administrative services and supporting the legal team. This positions ideal candidate has a strong work ethic exceptional problem-solving skills and comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic workplace.
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between clients attorneys insurance adjusters medical providers and the WCAB
- Gather relevant documentation including reports and records
- Monitor medical treatment progress
- Track case deadlines hearings and status updates using case management software
- Provide exceptional client service keeping clients informed of case progress and explaining procedures and timelines
Qualification
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Associates degree in paralegal studies a paralegal certificate or a bachelors degree is preferred
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail
- Extensive computer and database expertise Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and type no less than 35 wpm.
