Ohel is seeking an experienced DBT Therapist with intensive DBT training and 3 years experience treating high-acuity clients especially youth and young adults in an outpatient Mental Health Outpatient Treatment and Rehabilitation Services (MHOTRS) setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group DBT with fidelity to the model
Deliver trauma-informed care to complex presentations
Complete comprehensive assessments and high-quality clinical documentation
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Participate in supervision training and program improvement
Qualifications:
Valid license or limited permit (LMSW LCSW LMHC MHC LMFT MFT Psychologist)
Intensive DBT training; 3 years with high-acuity cases
Strong documentation and interpersonal skills
Experience in fast-paced outpatient settings
CAMS training a plus
