Job Summary
The Opportunity:
Onsite Associate Inventory Services
Location:Mölndal
Contract Type:Temporary (6 months)
About the Role
Receive deliveries physically and within the administration tool
Go out to the respective Point of Uses to scan what is needed to be restocked for ongoing operations and work.
Place and pick products from shelves in the Master Stockroom
Bring products to the customers delivery point usually on foot and with delivery carts.
Unload incoming pallets and restock the Stockroom Storage Space.
Be part of an upcoming move and reorganizing building project where we will move our current storage space into a more gathered area than before.
Set up new and manage existingPoint of Usesin collaboration with Logistic Coordinator when needed be.
Support customer with Ad Hoc requisitions other Business as Usual tasks that can occur.
Comply withhealth safety and environmental requirements as defined in working instructions in SOPs and communicated through education.
Qualifications(Education/Training Experience and Certifications)
High school degree
Knowledge of warehouselogistics
Knowledge about laboratory products and environment is preferred
Proficient in Swedish and English language
Knowledge of MS Office
Experience from handling manual forklift is an advantage butnot needed.
KNOWLEDGESKILLSAND ABILITIES(Those necessary to perform the job competently)
Hard work mindset and an eye for improvements is a plus.
