OLIVER is a rapidly expanding creative services agency with a twist we provide our clients with bespoke dedicated agencies thatoperatefrom within their offices.

We arelooking for a highly creative and self-sufficientSocial Mediain-houseContent Creator to join our team and bring ourLactumbrand to life across social media platforms including TikTok Instagram YouTube Shorts and more. This role is perfect for a one-person contentpowerhousesomeone who can concept shoot edit and publish high-quality content independently.

What you will be doing:

Content Creation:

  • Conceptualize script shoot and edit short-form videos ReelsTikToks and other social-first contenttailored to each social media platform such as TikTok Instagram & Facebook.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes moments employee stories product highlights and cultural moments in an engaging way.
  • Write compelling captions post copy and calls-to-action to drive engagement.
  • Work both independently and with internal teams to bring creative ideas to life.

Ideation and Concept Development:

  • Brainstorm new and creative ways to reach and engage target audiences.
  • Stay ahead of social media& culturaltrends memes and platform updates to ensure our contentremainsrelevantfreshengagingandtimely

Content Design and Editing:

  • Utilize graphic design tools and video editing software tolikeCapCut Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro to create high-quality platform-optimized content.
  • Add engaging text overlays transitions sound effects and music to enhance storytelling.
  • Ensure that all content adheres to brand guidelines and meets quality standards.

Planning Scheduling and Posting:

  • Work in collaboration with the Social Media Manager to manage and schedule the content calendar.

Research and Trend Analysis:

  • Research industry trends audience preferences and emerging social media technologies.
  • Adapt and experiment with different content types and formats to see what resonates most with the audience.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Social Media Manager to ensure alignment on campaigns and strategy.
  • Collaborate with other creative team members to brainstorm ideasand execute campaigns.
  • Analyzingsocial media metrics and insights tooptimizecontent and campaigns.
  • Collaborating with the client marketing sales and product development teams to integrate social media strategies with overall marketing goals and ongoing campaigns.
  • Staying up to date with the latest social media trends tools and best practices.
  • Overseeing the execution of projects or campaigns ensuring that they are delivered on time within budget and according to clients expectations.

Who You Are

  • A content creation machineyou love making things and bringing ideas to life from start to finish.
  • Deeply plugged into social media trends culture and emerging digitalbehaviors.
  • Comfortable being both behind and in front of the camera (if needed).
  • A strong visual storyteller with an eye for design composition and branding.
  • Able to work fast and independently adapting quickly to changingpriorities

What you need to be great in this role:

  • 3 years ofSocial Media/ Content Creator experience.
  • Social Media Expert knows how to build online communities engage with customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Need to know how to create simple social videos static content for our client.
  • Good Experience in managing KOCs KOLs and influencers.
  • Should be strong in MS office skills (Excel PPT basic lookup and advanced excel would be an added advantage)
  • Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • An editorial background and creative skills such as Photoshop would be an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO keyword research and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for and inquisitive about AI andnew technologies
  • Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical
