We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to own the endtoend lifecycle of our hearing instruments and play a central role in GN Hearings Product Management team. Depending on candidate profile and experience the role can be scoped as either a Sr. Product Manager or Product manager.
In the role as a Product Manager in Product Management you will contribute tour purpose of Bringing People Closer. You will work with all aspects of product management ranging from early concepting across product value proposition creation commercial launch and in-market follow up.
The Team you will be part of
You will be an integral part the team of international product managers as well as the wider team of Products & Experiences in GN Hearing. Further your touchpoints will be wide spread across many adjacent teams in R&D Marketing and Operations as well as regional colleagues and teams.
The Product Management team is focused on delivering valuable product solutions to market - in line with portfolio strategy and business goals and not least desirable for our customers and users.
The position is located at GNs HQ in Ballerup Denmark and reports to the Head of Product Management Hearing.
You will
Work closely with product program from concepting through development launch and in-market commercial to ensure product value propositions are delivered to the market
Define and deliver product value proposition with Portfolio and Experience team to ensure products are addressing portfolio strategy and business goals
Lead decision gates be accountable for tradeoffs and ensure crossfunctional readiness across R&D Global Audiology and Marketing
In close collaboration with marketing build compelling product value propositions and partner on gotomarket plans and Our Global Launch team in bringing the product to market.
Track inmarket performance react and implement corrective actions as well as pick up lessons learned for coming product launches
To perform well in the role we imagine that you bring
Experience in commercially oriented product management for complex hardware products within the field of medical devices.
Experience leading multisite international development from concept to launch and scaling in market
Experience partnering closely with Marketing on commercialization and launch excellence.
Ability to translate market and user needs into robust product requirements and business cases; solid business acumen and datadriven decision making.
Effective collaboration and communication skills; comfortable influencing at all organizational levels and presenting to executives
Fluent verbal and written English
