Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.
Explain product features pricing and offers clearly to customers.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
Maintain daily sales records follow-ups and customer data.
Handle basic billing coordination and ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Address customer queries concerns and complaints effectively.
Coordinate with backend teams for order processing and service delivery.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
Customer-centric and presentable personality.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools is an advantage.
Ability to work under targets and pressure.
Graduate / Undergraduate (as per company policy).
Preferred Candidate Profile
Prior experience in front-desk sales retail sales or customer handling.
Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.
Immediate joiners preferred.
