Job Summary
Provide high-quality patient-specific spinal and extremity adjustments when clinically appropriate.
Create efficient outcome-driven care plans incorporating supportive services (rehab-style exercise laser regenerative options etc.) only when they meaningfully improve results.
Coach patients on practical posture ergonomics and lifestyle habits that help prevent flare-ups and support long-term function.
Complete clear timely documentation to support continuity of care and clinical excellence.
Participate in team collaboration and refining office workflowsyour input matters.
Qualifications :
Active Alabama chiropractic license (or ability to obtain one soon).
Strong adjusting skills and comfort practicing in an adjustment-forward environment.
Clear communication style team mindset and confidence educating patients.
New grads welcome (mentorship available) and experienced DCs encouraged to apply.
Additional Information :
Compensation: $85000$100000/year incentives (competitive base with performance upside).
