As ourSenior PPC Specialist you will be the driving force behind our paid advertising success ensuring our strategy is executed flawlessly across all paid media channels. Our team is already strong inpaidsearchmarketing andwerelooking for a senior specialist to expand ourexpertisefurtherdriving innovation and performance in areas such as display video programmatic and beyond.
This is a hands-on high-impact position where you will own the execution strategy and automation of our paid media efforts ensuring data-driven decisions thatmaximize performance.You will work alongside a team of three PPC specialists providingexpertiseand guidance to implement best-in-class practices daily weekly and annually.
Your Responsibilities:
Own andleadPPC strategyacross all paid media channels with a strong focus ondisplay programmatic buying video advertising and YouTube.
Execute andoptimizecampaignsto driveperformance scalability and efficiency ensuring continuous improvement in ROAS and other key metrics.
Develop and refine automationprocesses tostreamlinePPC workflows and improve efficiency.
Advise and collaboratewith the existing team upskilling them indisplay video and programmatic advertising best practices.
Work closely with data tech and creative teamsto develophigh-impact advertising campaignsthatleverageaudience targeting dynamic creatives andmachinelearning optimizations.
Own the programmatic strategy selecting the right platforms partners and technologies to drive growth.
Stay ahead of industry trends ensuring we adopt the latest innovations in PPC and digital advertising.
Collaborate with search engine and platform partnersto integrate best practices andcutting-edgesolutions.
Provide regular performance insightsand strategic recommendations to stakeholders ensuring transparency in performance and future planning.
Who You Are:
5 years of hands-on PPC experience with astrongtrack recordin display advertising programmatic buying video advertising and YouTube campaigns.
Proven ability toscale andoptimizepaid media campaignsininternationalmarketsand across multiple platforms.
Experience withPPC automation and data-driven decision-making.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
Entrepreneurial mindset able tobuild new processes from scratch and drive innovation.
Ability toeducate and supportan existing PPC team sharing knowledge andexpertise.
Fluent in German (native-level) and excellent command of English.
Based inthe Germany.
