F&B Captain (Tree Tops Fine Dining)
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of service staff during assigned shifts
Ensure high standards of food and beverage service and guest satisfaction
Welcome guests take orders and provide menu and beverage recommendations
Monitor table setup cleanliness and overall outlet presentation
Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service flow
Handle guest inquiries feedback and complaints professionally
Train guide and motivate team members to maintain service standards
Ensure compliance with hotel policies SOPs and hygiene standards
Assist supervisors and managers with reports and other assigned duties
Qualifications :
- High School diploma
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations
- Good English communication skills
- Excellent guest service skills
- Excellent team player
- Positive learning attitude
