Job title: Full Stack AWS Cloud Developer
Location: Newark NJ

Job summary:

The client is looking for a versatile and pragmatic Full Stack AWS Cloud Developer to architect build and maintain scalable cloud/on-prem hybrid applications. They must have a deep understanding of the front-end and back-end aspects of application development. On the front-end they must be able to design and implement user interfaces using HTML CSS and JavaScript. On the back-end they must be able to work with SQL and NoSQL databases web services and other server-side and serverless resources. They must be able to work across the stackfrom intuitive front-end interfaces to robust back-end servicesleveraging AWS platform to deliver secure high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities are:

• Design and develop full-stack applications using modern frameworks (e.g. React Angular JavaScript)
• Build and deploy cloud-native services on AWS using Lambda API Gateway ECS S3 DynamoDB RDS and more
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure Pipelines GitHub Actions
• Participate in requirements discussions and transform them into useful applications in line with service goals.
• Support maintain and enhance existing applications and fix issues.
• Collaborate with peers to create the most effective solution possible using framework and Microsoft tech stack.
• Take responsibility for identifying and reducing technical debt in existing code structure while boosting application effectiveness and improve performance.
• Deliver error-free code that complies with secure coding practices.
• Able to provide technical assistance for web mobile and desktop applications.
• Incorporate data storage systems and preserve code quality.
• Ensure application security and scalability following AWS best practices and Well-Architected Framework
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps UX and product managers to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Monitor and optimize performance using CloudWatch X-Ray and other observability tools
• Document architecture and workflows using Confluence diagrams and version-controlled README files

• Hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda EC2 S3 IAM and DynamoDB
• Knowledge of authentication/authorization patterns (OAuth2 Cognito JWT)
• Strong debugging testing and performance tuning skills

• Knowledge of frontend frameworks like Vue or Svelte
