Job Summary

AECOM is seeking a Supply Chain Lead to join our team.  This position can be located in several cities including: San Diego Tucson and El Paso.

The responsibilities for the position include but are not limited to:

  • Provide oversight for material planning delivery sequencing and inventory management across hubs and sites.
  • Coordinate closely with the Supply Chain Manager and Logistics Lead to synchronize procurement delivery timing and field demand.
  • Provide management to subcontract coordination equipment and materials  team leads and SCM data controls within the project.  
  • Develop project specific equipment and inventory storage and control strategies in conjunction with the Divisional Supply Chain Manager.   
  • Leads the equipment and small tools requirement planning process for the static and dynamic phases of a project.

Qualifications :

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BA/BS 8 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • Experience on large federal projects
  • Due to the nature of this role US Citizenship is required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or Construction from ABET accredited college or university or demonstrated equivalent combination of education training and related experience
  • 8 years of relevant experience in construction management in the engineering or construction industry.
  • Relevant Field Experience preferred

Additional Information :

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of an enhanced background investigation which may include but is not limited to verification of employment and education a criminal history review drug screening and a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check as applicable.
