What Youll Be Doing
- Operate asphalt plant equipment safely and efficiently to support daily production targets.
- Monitor plant controls and systems to ensure consistent quality and optimal performance.
- Perform routine inspections basic maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate material flow and maintain smooth operations.
- Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a clean organized worksite.

- Ability to learn and operate Hot Mix Asphalt plant systems and related equipment.
- Strong commitment to safety quality and teamwork.
- Capacity to troubleshoot issues and apply sound judgment in fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to perform physical tasks and work in varying outdoor conditions.
- Reliability adaptability and a proactive approach to daily responsibilities.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
