The Patrick Dealer Group is one of Chicagos largest and oldest automotive groups representing eight franchises and serving the community for over 100 years. We are seeking a fulltime Business Development Representative to support our service teams.

Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and schedule service appointments
- Make outbound calls to generate and confirm appointments
- Follow up with customers and reschedule missed appointments
- Send followup emails and respond to website inquiries
- Communicate with customers via phone email and text
Qualifications
- Call center or telemarketing experience preferred
- Strong verbal/written communication and customer service skills
- Organized selfmotivated able to multitask
- Comfortable working independently and in a team
- Proficient with Microsoft Word CRM systems and data entry
Requirements
- Valid drivers license with clean record (3 years)
- Willing to complete background check and drug screen
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
- 19 years of age or older
