Job Summary
Are you passionate about process improvement working directly with customers both external and internal while flexing and growing your technical skillsWerelooking for aJunior Data Onboarding Technicianto join our Auckland team!
This role will be hybrid with onsite 3 days per week in our Auckland office.
The Data Onboarding Techniciansare pivotal in closing the gap between our customers implementersand our data engineering teams and is a growth pathway into our Data Engineering roles.
You will be working with our cloud-based Veterinary Practice Management Software which includes Neo Cornerstone andezyVet; these programs provide easy-to-use software that helps veterinary practices save time increase revenue communicate better with clients and reduce workload stress.

A bit more about the role you will:
Youllbe partnering with our implementation teams driving data conversion tasks required to help customers onboard to our products
Youlldirectly engage with customers in the onboarding process to gain remote access to systems and grab data
Monitor conversions and self-sufficientlyprioritiseandorganisetickets complete work document actions taken and transition tickets while working closely with our Scrum Master
Ensure that our PM tool and Jira are keptin syncto ensurethe timelycompletion of data tasks.
Sowhat are we looking for
A hunger and excitement to learn build and adapt
A development background with soliddatabase skills - thisisntoff-the-shelf ETL and data engineering
Interpretdata models andcomprehenddatabase structures and relationships.
Strong computer skills and a passion for the technical
Driven by initiative - performance orientated multi-tasker and assertive to the commercial realities of handlinglarge quantitiesof sensitive customer data.
Great communicationskills engaging with customers and managing internal stakeholders
Bonus if you have some experience in Agile methodologies scrum/ kanban AWS C# PHP PythonMySQL Jira Grafana
