The Manager B2B / Enterprise Marketing will own demand generation and sales enablement forVoriHealths employer health plan consultant and channel partner audiences. This role partners closely with Sales to drive pipeline growth improve sales effectiveness and scale repeatable B2B marketing programs.
This is a hands-on strategic IC role with ownership of B2B marketing performance.
WhatYoullDo:
Essential Functions:
Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
Own and execute B2B demand generation strategy aligned to revenue goals
Plan and manage campaigns across events paid media digital marketing ABM and email
Develop targeted campaigns by buyer persona (employers plans consultants)
Partner with Sales to define MQL criteria and pipeline targets
Sales Enablement
Own creation and evolution of sales enablement assets (pitch decks one-pagers case studies leave-behinds)
Collaborate with sales operations role to ensure the growth team has the right content for each stage of the buyer journey
Support RFPs and large enterprise deals with marketing inputs
Messaging & Positioning
Translate coreVoriHealth messaging into B2B-specific narratives
Develop persona-based messaging and value propositions
Maintain consistency across campaigns and assets
OptimizeVorimessaging based on market feedback
Measurement & Optimization
Track and report on campaign performance MQLs pipeline influence and ROI
Continuouslyoptimizecampaigns based on performance data
Working relationships and tools
Work cross functional withteams such as Sales OperationsMarketingand external partners.
Utilizationof support tools such asSalesforce (reporting and dashboards)Ad platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Meta Google) Event platformsMarketing automation (Hubspot Marketo) andCampaign reporting dashboards

Who You Are:
Required:
35 years B2B marketing experience preferably in healthcare SaaS or B2B2C
Proven experience driving pipeline through demand gen
Strong sales partnership and enablement background
Experience with Salesforce and B2B marketing analytics
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced scaling environment
