Fords new Technology Platform Programs (TPP) team is at the forefront of the Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) revolution reimagining vehicle electricalarchitectureand software platforms. The role you will play:

As a TPPCoordinator you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the TPP team proactivelyanticipatingneeds resolving operational issues andfacilitatingseamless program management for leaders and their a crucial part in enabling Ford to deliver high-quality software at speed into vehicles supporting breakthroughs that define the future of Ford. Responsibilities

What youll do...

  • Anticipateand proactively address the operational and administrative needs of TPP leaders and their teams ensuring theyremainfocused on strategic program initiatives.
  • Managecalendars coordinate domestic and international travellogistics and process expense reports for assigned TPP leadership.
  • Manage department review and approval processesfor overtime travel and similar processes
  • Manageand performance analyses ofdepartment business office proceduresand trackingfor operational health metricsandobjectivesresourcesand key initiatives
  • Managethe planningmeeting agendasmaterial filing and loggingminutesand distribution lists for departmentoperational meetings
  • Identifyand analyze operational inefficiencies within the team proposing and implementing innovative solutions to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
  • Draftanddisseminateclear concise team communications manage correspondence and serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders.
  • Cultivateandmaintainstrong collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners across Ford tofacilitateseamless communication and project execution.


Qualifications

Youll have...

  • 3 years of experience in an administrativeor coordinatorrole preferably supporting senior-level leadership in a dynamic fast-pacedand technical/engineeringenvironment.
  • Demonstratedproficiencyandanalyseswith Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g. SharePoint Teams).
  • Exceptional organizational skills meticulous attention to detailproblemsolvingcapabilityand the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Verbal and written communication skills with the ability to draft professional correspondence and communicate clearly across all levels.
  • Proven ability to work proactively independently and exercise sound judgment and discretion.
  • Hybrid on-site work (minimum 4 days per week) at Ford campus co-located with the TPP team in Dearborn Michigan

Even better you may have...

  • Associates or Bachelorsdegree.
  • Experience supporting teams in a technology software development or automotive environment.
  • Familiarity with Fords internal systems and processes (e.g. ConcurTeamsetc.).
