Job Summary

Senior Financial Analyst responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Forecasting & Budgeting

Assist with the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles
Build and maintain dynamic financial models to support scenario planning
Identify trends risks and opportunities that impact financial performance
Partner with business leaders to develop quarterly internal business reports

Business & Financial Analytics

Conduct financial analyses on revenues margins and operational KPIs
Evaluate business cases and strategic initiatives
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize financial outcomes

Operational Finance

Participate in and assist with billing and collections.
Monitor cash flow drivers working capital trends and operational efficiency
Support pricing analysis market assessments and competitive benchmarking
Strengthen financial systems tools and data integrity

Qualifications :

Basic Minimum Educational Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance or related field preferred

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience
Excellent Excel skills
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Additional Information :

Position is full-time working hybrid Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster PA are encouraged to apply.
