Job Summary
Intro
Your responsibilities include
- Technical Support & Helpdesk
- You support the Vivira IT Helpdesk providing remote and local technical support for our users regarding software tools and general troubleshooting
- On-site Infrastructure
- While some tasks can be performed remotely your presence is required at our Mindspace Stadtmitte office to provide hands-on help for IT hardware and security infrastructure.
- On/Off-boarding Assistance
- You support the IT on/off-boarding processes including the physical setup of workstations and the preparation or collection of hardware for new and departing colleagues.
- SaaS Administration
- You assist in managing a variety of SaaS applications
- Hardware Maintenance
- You help oversee the repair and replacement of equipment to ensure our team is always well-equipped.
- Documentation
- You assist in keeping system configurations policies and procedures up to date.
- Infrastructure Support
- You provide support in monitoring our network infrastructure including firewalls routers and VPN solutions.
What you should bring
- Enrolled in Computer Science Business Informatics or a related technical field.
- You are based in Berlin and available to work on-site (especially important for hardware handling and on-boarding days).
- A solid understanding of macOS and a keen interest in learning more about IT security and infrastructure.
- You enjoy helping others and have a reliable structured way of working.
- Fluent in English. German is a big plus for dealing with local infrastructure and on-site support.
- You are happy to help out where needed whether its a software glitch or setting up a new laptop.
