DescriptionThe Oracle Human Resources team in Paris (75008) is seeking a dynamic and organized Junior HR Consultant who enjoys working in a fast-paced international environment and has a strong interest in digital HR innovation and people management.
In this role you will:
Leverage your knowledge of French labor practices and HR project management to drive initiatives that enhance the employee experience and support Oracles ongoing HR transformation. Youll work closely with local and international teams playing a central role in projects bringing new HR solutions to life and supporting both individual and collective labor topics.
Job Details:
- This is a hybrid role requiring a presence in the Paris office for three days per week.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor France HR projects ensuring progress alignment and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Manage project governance with both local (France) and international stakeholders.
- Support local HR transformation projects.
- Advise managers in France on HR policies employee matters and best practices.
- Manage employee relations topics and participate in work environment initiatives.
- Collaborate with the works council (CSE) as needed contributing to meetings and social dialogue.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Labor Law Labour Relations Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 5 years experience in human resources employment relations or labor relations in an international matrix environmentexperience in France required.
- Previous direct involvement with the works council (CSE) including preparation of documentation social dialogue and participation in negotiations.
- Strong project management and organizational skills able to prioritize multiple assignments and maintain quality standards.
- Rigorous detail-oriented and able to maintain an overall strategic vision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative can do mindset.
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken C1 level minimum in both).
- Highly self-driven proactive and solution-oriented.
