Desde OTIS ofrecemos una magnifica oportunidad para realizar unas prácticas en nuestras oficinas centrales dentro del departamento de Talent Acquisition.

Su misión principal será:

Dar apoyo al equipo de Talent Acquisition en los países de nuestro Market Group (IBA Iberia y África) en coordinación con el equipo de EMEA en las siguientes actividades:

• Selección de nuevos y diversos perfiles.

• Desarrollo y actualización de descripciones de puesto.

• Búsqueda directa de candidatos.

• Publicación de ofertas en las distintas Jobs boards.

• Examinar los distintos cvs recibidos.

• Realización de entrevistas utilizando las distintas herramientas.

• Evaluación de las competencias del candidato.

• Actuar como punto central entre candidatos y responsables del proceso.
