Responsibilities
Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness maintenance and adherence to brand standards
Train supervise and provide feedback to housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and high-quality service
Oversee and assist with daily housekeeping projects assigned by the Director of Housekeeping
Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment and request replacements when necessary
Ensure all safety protocols are followed by housekeeping staff
Communicate any maintenance or repair needs to appropriate departments
Provide exceptional customer service to guests and respond to any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in a housekeeping supervisor role
Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and equipment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Flexible schedule including availability to work weekends and holidays
Must be able to stand walk and lift up to 50 pounds
