Instruction Credential (Mild/Moderate Disabilities); EL Authorization

Three(3) Letters of Recommendation dated within 18 months of application (2 of 3 letters must be from current or future supervisors
Transcripts (BA and Post BA) < **Note: Cell phone photocopies of documents are not accepted
