What Were Looking For:
Fluency in German (C1/C2) and strong proficiency in English (B2 or higher)
The ability to assess sensitive content thoughtfully and objectively
Strong emotional resilience and decision-making skills
Previous experience in trust & safety moderation or compliance is helpful but not essential
