Job Summary

Waitresses are responsible for providing food and beverage service to players and guests throughout the poker club while delivering a high level of customer service. They contribute to a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere by attending to player needs promptly professionally and courteously while following club service standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities

Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and in a timely manner Provide attentive friendly and professional service to players and guests

Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas during and after shifts Monitor player needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns

Handle payments tips and service transactions according to club procedures Follow all food safety hygiene and service regulations

Coordinate with floor staff management and kitchen/bar personnel

Observe and report any issues disturbances or policy concerns to management Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere on the gaming floor

Requirements

Previous experience in food and beverage service or hospitality (preferred) Strong customer service and communication skills

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights weekends and holidays Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (or willingness to be

trained)

Team-oriented mindset and respect for club policies
