Job Summary

Portuguese speaking Technical Support Advisor is wanted to join our client (BPO Consultancy) team in A Coruña.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide technical support and assistance for a project with a leading software development company.
  • Utilize prior experience or skills gained as an IT Technician to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Offer guidance and solutions to clients ensuring timely and accurate resolution of technical challenges.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and provide valuable insights based on technical expertise.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • C2 or fluent in Portugal Portuguese(C1 level) English (B2) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
  • Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
  • Background or experience in IT technologies/products particularly in Cloud solutions or tools related to Office Outlook OneDrive Exchange SharePoint Lync Server and Microsoft Windows is valuable.
  • Ability to manage a wide range of customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills for effective resolution of issues.

  • Full-time (39 hours) contract Monday to Friday with rotating shifts between 09:00 and 21:00.
