What We Offer:

Net Salary: 30000 TL (616 EUR)

Quality Bonus: Up to 20% of net salary (valid until the end of 2025)

Weekdays between 09:00 23:00 CET (summer until 22:00 winter until 23:00)

Shift options: 09:0018:00 / 10:0019:00 / 11:0020:00 / 12:0021:00 / 13:0022:00

Occasional split shift: 09:0013:00 / 18:0023:00 (approx. once every 78 weeks) with 2 days off including one weekend day

Your Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual recruitment for Media Markt DE
-
Screen resumes contact candidates and coordinate interviews

Communicate with hiring managers to support the recruitment process

Maintain candidate data and track recruitment metrics in ATS

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
