What We Offer:

Net Salary: 30000 TL (616 EUR)
Quality Bonus: Up to 20% of net salary (valid until the end of 2025)
Pluxee Card: 4500 TL allowance

Flexible Working Hours:
- Weekdays between 09:00 23:00 CET (summer until 22:00 winter until 23:00)
- Shift options: 09:0018:00 / 10:0019:00 / 11:0020:00 / 12:0021:00 / 13:0022:00
- Occasional split shift: 09:0013:00 / 18:0023:00 (approx. once every 78 weeks) with 2 days off including one weekend day
Remote from anywhere in Turkey

Your Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual recruitment for Media Markt DE
Screen resumes contact candidates and coordinate interviews
Communicate with hiring managers to support the recruitment process
Maintain candidate data and track recruitment metrics in ATS
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Fluent in German
