Job Summary

Overseas Assignment: 36 months (product transfer support)
Job Overview
We are looking for an Equipment Engineer to support manufacturing operations by ensuring high equipment availability reliability and performance. The role will play a key part in equipment readiness and stabilization during product transfer from an overseas site to Thailand.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support manufacturing equipment used in assembly and production operations
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems
- Troubleshoot diagnose and resolve equipment-related issues to minimize downtime
- Analyze equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance availability capability and yield
- Support equipment setup qualification and transfer activities from overseas manufacturing sites
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to equipment modifications and maintenance procedures
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment
- Act as a technical resource for junior engineers and technicians
- Work with minimal supervision and handle assigned responsibilities independently
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical Mechatronics or related fields)
- Experience in equipment engineering within the electronics or semiconductor industry
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Willingness to travel and work overseas for 36 months during the product transfer phase
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
