Your Mission
As an Italianspeaking Customer Service Representative you will be the voice of a leading global consumer brand. You will:
- Support customers via phone email and chat in Italian
- Deliver highquality empathetic and solutionfocused service
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Collaborate with international teams to deliver fast solutions
- Become a product expert through structured paid training
What You Bring
- Native or fluent Italian (C2)
- English (B2) level
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Strong customerfirst mindset & team spirit
- EU passport or valid Greek work permit

- Base Salary: 1045 gross / month
- Performance Bonus: up to 10% monthly
