Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone and provide expert product advice

Identify sales opportunities and promote suitable solutions or upgrades

Ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty

Collaborate with the team to resolve queries efficiently
Requirements:

Native or C2-level Dutch

Strong English skills (B2 minimum)

Experience in customer support or sales is a plus

Ability to work MondaySunday 10:0020:00 (rotating shifts)
Compensation:

Base Salary: 1300 gross/month 14 salaries 18200/year

Performance Bonus: 250/month 3000/year
