Your Role
As a Bilingual Travel Advisor / Customer Service Advisor you will:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism.

Log and maintain accurate records in the customer service database.

Handle complaints efficiently following escalation policies.
- Resolve support calls and emails within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
-
Troubleshoot issues using systems documentation and analytical skills.
-
Provide proactive recommendations to improve customer experience.
Requirements

Native or fluent in Croatian
-
Proficient in English (C1 level)
-
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
-
High School Diploma or higher
-
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

3 weeks accommodation in a premium hotel near the office
300 relocation allowance for candidates moving from abroad (first payment included)

Contract: Permanent (on-site) or 6-month renewable remote contracts
within Greece -
