Location: Greece Athens On-site or Remotely within the country (Relocation Mandatory)
Manage Global Digital Communities from Greece
We are seeking a Dutch-speaking Specialist to support one of the worlds most prominent social media this role you will ensure a safe and engaging experience for Dutch-speaking users while enjoying a lifestyle that offers 300 days of sun incredible fresh food and a vibrant cultural scene.
Key Responsibilities
- User Support: Assist Dutch-speaking creators and users with account security monetization tools and technical glitches.
- Community Guidance: Provide clear professional information regarding platform policies and community standards.
- Technical Reporting: Identify emerging platform trends and report technical bugs to the global product team.
Requirements
- Native or C2 Dutch proficiency.
- Essential: EU Citizenship or a valid Greek work permit.
- High emotional intelligence and a professional communication style.
- Strong familiarity with social media platforms and digital trends.
