Location: Greece Athens On-site or Remotely within the country (Relocation Mandatory)
Professional Technical Support for Smart Home Innovations
We are seeking a Dutch-speaking Specialist to join our Home Technology this role you will support customers across the Benelux region as they integrate advanced smart appliances into their daily lives. This position is based in Greece offering a high standard of living exceptional Mediterranean cuisine and a climate that allows for year-round outdoor activity.
Responsibilities
- Technical Guidance: Assist Dutch-speaking users with the setup connectivity and optimization of smart home ecosystems.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve hardware and software issues related to premium home appliances and IoT devices.
- Customer Success: Maintain high service levels by providing clear professional and efficient solutions via multiple communication channels.
Requirements
- Native or C2-level Dutch and professional English.
- Mandatory: EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece.
- Strong technical aptitude and an interest in modern home technology.
- A professional and patient approach to customer service.
