Join our specialized technical team as a Dutch-speaking Enterprise Support Specialist. You will be the primary point of contact for business clients in the Benelux region managing complex software solutions. Your Mission
- Technical Consulting: Assist Dutch-speaking B2B clients with cloud migrations software integrations and platform configurations.
- Problem Resolution: Analyze and resolve high-level technical roadblocks to ensure client operational continuity.
- Documentation: Maintain precise technical logs and collaborate with global developers on product improvements.
Requirements
- Native or C2 Dutch and fluent English.
- Essential: EU Citizenship or a valid Greek work permit.
- Strong technical aptitude or a background in IT/Software support.
- A professional methodical approach to complex problem-solving.
