Location: Greece Athens On-site or Remotely within the country (Relocation Mandatory)

We are seeking a Dutch-speaking Support Specialist to represent a leader in high-end household appliances. Responsibilities
- Technical Guidance: Provide Dutch-speaking customers with expert advice on product features installation and optimal usage of premium appliances.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose functional issues and coordinate with service centers for repairs or replacements.
- Order Management: Handle inquiries regarding spare parts warranties and premium service packages.
Requirements
- Native or C2-level Dutch and professional English.
- Mandatory: EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece.
- A professional patient and solution-oriented communication style.
- Previous experience in retail or technical customer success is an advantage.
