Key Responsibilities
- Technical Assistance: Support German-speaking drivers with in-car technology GPS navigation and connectivity features.
- Incident Coordination: Manage emergency calls and coordinate roadside assistance when necessary.
- Data Logging: Accurately document technical issues to help improve future vehicle software.
Requirements
- Native or C2 German and good English skills.
- Must hold an EU Passport or valid Greek work authorization.
- An interest in automotive trends and smart mobility solutions.
- A helpful professional and patient phone manner.
