Your Mission
- Account Management: Handle German B2B and B2C inquiries regarding product logistics availability and account status.
- Professional Guidance: Navigate regulatory questions and provide clear accurate information regarding our product portfolio.
- Service Quality: Ensure all interactions meet our high brand standards for efficiency and professionalism.
Candidate Profile
- Native or C2 level German.
- Essential: EU Citizenship or a valid Greek work permit.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Previous experience in retail logistics or customer service is an advantage.
